I confirm that I:
Add all the ingredients except the soda water (gin, crème de menthe vert, crème de cacao, lime and lemon juice, double cream, mint oil, egg white, and sugar syrup) into a shaker and shake hard without ice. This is key as it doesn't dilute the mixture with additional water. Open the shaker and add some ice and re-shake. Strain into a chilled glass and top up with soda water. Add a sprig of mint to decorate!
Add all the ingredients to your Tesco, Ocado etc. baskets.
By @hotelcaferoyal, The Mint Fizz, which is their twist of the classic Ramos Fizz, is their showstopping cocktail for London Cocktail week. The classic Ramos Fizz is made of gin, lemon juice, lime juice, sugar syrup, orange flower water, egg white, single cream and soda water. They’ve mixed up some mint liqueur, oil and crème de cacao and some fresh mint leaves in to give the cocktail a sweet freshness that offsets the dairy in the classic Ramos Fizz. Check it out at the Hotel Café Royal just off Regent Street!
