I confirm that I:
Add all the ingredients except the soda water (gin, crème de menthe vert, crème de cacao, lime and lemon juice, double cream, mint oil, egg white, and sugar syrup) into a shaker and shake hard without ice. This is key as it doesn't dilute the mixture with additional water. Open the shaker and add some ice and re-shake. Strain into a chilled glass and top up with soda water. Add a sprig of mint to decorate!
Add all the ingredients to your Tesco, Ocado etc. baskets.
