Add together the Old Tom gin, Sloe gin, yuzu juice and the apricot shrub. Shake hard over ice, and then strain into a nick and nora glass. Garnish with a slice of dehydrated lime and cherry.

‘The Great Dictator’ by @demonandwise which is a great mix of Old Tom Gin, Sloe gin, yuzu juice, and apricot shrub. Old Tom gin is a slightly sweeter gin which along with the sweeter sloe gin, perfectly compliment and offset the citrus flavour of yuzu and the vinegary flavour of the apricot shrub. Shrubs are all the rage at the moment and are a great acidic addition to any drink, often being used as an alternative to bitters. Get down to Demon, Wise & Partners on Throgmorton St, EC2N 2AN
