Add together the Old Tom gin, Sloe gin, yuzu juice and the apricot shrub. Shake hard over ice, and then strain into a nick and nora glass. Garnish with a slice of dehydrated lime and cherry.

‘The Great Dictator’ by @demonandwise which is a great mix of Old Tom Gin, Sloe gin, yuzu juice, and apricot shrub. Old Tom gin is a slightly sweeter gin which along with the sweeter sloe gin, perfectly compliment and offset the citrus flavour of yuzu and the vinegary flavour of the apricot shrub.
