I confirm that I:
Take a lowball glass, add ice along with pear & ginger shrub and dark rum. Stir until mixed and top up with ginger ale. Garnish with a slice of pear and a lime.
Add all the ingredients to your Tesco, Ocado etc. baskets.

It’s a perfect refresher that won’t be overly sweet!
